    The activity of the administrative structure is not limited to the exclusive management of the communal property but is aimed at being a specific point of reference for owners for various real estate issues, providing, if required, a tailor-made consulting and assistance service.
    Active since 1990, the activity has also resulted in the fulfillment of direct assignments of construction companies through the management of entire residential complexes (Pluricondominiums and Communions) of new construction such as, for example, in the municipality of Turin, the E27 residential complex, the “S.Chiara” complex of the Quadrilatero Romano and the Palazzo Graneri complex where the Circolo della Stampa and the Circolo dei Lettori are located.
    Within these assignments, in some cases our company studied and drafted the consortium and condominium regulations.
    The maintenance activity was carried out through the coordination of external suppliers, previously selected on the basis of the activity carried out, on the qualifications and certifications obtained, thus able to provide all ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of any kind of plant or artifact.
    The works and extraordinary maintenance were managed through a pool of professionals who instructed the necessary administrative paperwork and drew up the plans and specifications.
    Strict attention has been paid to the recovery as well as the enhancement of structures with period details in an attempt to restore them to their original beauty and functionality, but no less importance is given to the search for technical solutions that improve the aesthetic appearance while maintaining functionality and ensuring safety and improving energy efficiency.
