    the development of the logistics center in Crespellano (BO) with over 180,000 sq. m. of covered space;
    the Villa Badia project in Cannobio on Lake Maggiore with 21,000 sq. m. of SLP to RTA, Time Sharing and Hotel;
    Among the activities already underway we can mention:
    the development of a hotel complex in the two former glass factories of Murano (VE) De Majo and L.A.G. on behalf of the property LEON S.r.l. whose tenant is NH Hotel Collection: the former has already been renovated and the hotel opened in July 2021 while from April 2023 the construction site of the latter will start with an expected opening winter 2024.
