This new activity, which the company will carry out, does not come out of nowhere but is based on years of experience carried out by the new partners who have now joined the corporate structure, enabling it to acquire the status of an Architecture and Engineering Company.
Stefano Martinelli, an architect, works internationally with a rigorous and proven methodology that he has developed since the late 1980s and which he has called Arché-Logica. This methodology used in all his works concerns the anthropological methods of appropriation and belonging to different places, used in all different historical cultures, which guarantee cultural sustainability as well as environmental sustainability to the project. The architectural project, with its technical-scientific assumptions, corresponds to what hierophany was in historical (sacralized) architectural cultures. It is his to formulate the principle of the inactuality of architecture on the basis of which it will be possible to refound the architecture of the third millennium.

Claudio Puliti, since 1977, began his professional activity for Florentine companies such as Galileo Meccanotessile spa, Muzzi spa, Arianna Europa spa, Fipem spa and others, in the industrial graphic-literary and design field, gaining international recognition.
In 1980 he founded Studio Teknottanta.
Parallel to his activity as an industrial designer, he flanks the development of projects in the private and cooperative sector in the Florentine area, also developing the field of technical-commercial consulting.
From consulting he comes to the direct establishment of companies and cooperatives aimed at settlements following both their architectural and commercial parts.
In September 1993 he collaborates with representatives of the Italian Red Cross in Florence for commercial operations in the Republic of Albania, where contacts are established with public administrations and local professionals aimed at the realization of settlements in the construction sector and development ideas in the manufacturing sector.
In the same period, Studio Teknottanta, in parallel with the design activity, develops topographic activities operating in the railway, highway and cartographic sectors, with assignments from leading companies.
