ERRE QUADRO Consulting S.r.l., established in 2000, the natural evolution of Riquadro S.r.l. established ten years earlier with the aim of implementing a new working system in the real estate management field, providing the client (private or corporate) with a range of diversified and highly professional services through a single reference structure based on a high level of specialization, has become, as of February 27, 2023, ERRE QUADRO Architecture, Engineering and Consulting S.r.l.
In fact, the corporate evolution of 2000, determined by the need to further characterize the management and consulting vocation in the field of private, commercial and hotel real estate, both regionally and nationally, continues in 2023 with a further step forward thanks to the professional specialization of new partners who joined the historical founders, which projects the Company, always in the broad field of real estate, toward goals dictated by the need for ecological transition and social evolution.
ERRE QUADRO can thus now count on an organizational structure based on five partners, four of whom are lenders, as well as a network of technical collaborators and suppliers specific to the different types of services handled.
Some recent history….
Until July 2010, ERRE QUADRO Consulting was a partner in the company Gestivillage S.r.l., which was formed ad hoc in 2005 to transform the Sestriere Olympic Village from an athletes’ residence to a tourist village and to subsequently manage the facility, the largest in the Italian Alps, with 356 apartments, more than 1,200 beds.
He has collaborated actively with some of the leading international companies specializing in the commercialization, sale, pilotage and management of shopping centers and business parks located in the Italian territory.
HE as been an active participant in the management of now-developed projects such as that of EDO Radici Felici S.r.l. in the field of out-of-soil agricultural production or in start-up projects such as that of the profit-for-nonprofit sector of BSG S.r.l. with the CAR@bility brand.
Present & Future
The debut of ERRE QUADRO Architecture, Engineering and Consulting S.r.l., which has opened to the entry into the company of professionals (architects, engineers and surveyors) who have brought and will bring assignments for the design and direction of wide-ranging works, has happened with a “bang”: In fact, among the first assignments, already signed and started, is the recovery and urban regeneration of the Formaci delle Sieci Complex (formerly Ceramiche Brunelleschi) in Pontassieve (FI) on behalf of Namira SGRPA.
In the not-too-distant future there will be the first National Neuro Science Pilot Project in Alexandria with the University of Medicine, CNR, Agronomy, Paralympic Committee, Disabled Associations, Sports and Banking Foundations.
